Meet Kabir Singh:

“I feel like compassion and love makes me human again. I try to live my life without judgment. Going to Skid Row has always been an idea, but last year I wanted it to be more than that. I decided to keep it simple and involved my mom and sisters. We made sandwiches and just drove out there and started meeting and helping people. Anyone can do it and I wish all would do it. Life is already hard at times, can you imagine living on the streets?

I write poetry, it’s my passion. My goal this year is to write a poetry book that I will be handed out to people on Skid Row. I figured that they could use a little inspiration at no cost.

Life is short, beautiful and epic- if you chose it to be. I’m a simple minded man with a complex soul, just trying to stay on path and learn as many lessons as I can.”
